what is known as "e-dae" to locals can be found on line 2 (ewha women's university station), and is the top women's university in seoul. apparently, competition to enter the school is really stiff (wives of politicians and high-fliers mostly hail from here!), but what i like most is the beautiful european architecture of the school. drop by to check out beautiful korean university girls too!

that aside, the main shopping street of ewha is one of the best shopping areas in seoul, because it is catered for the budget-conscious student (schools like ewha, sogang and hongik are nearby), and stuff like bags and shoes can be found at almost half the price here, as compared
    to places like dongdaemun and myeongdong.

what I like most, however, is the huge lifestyle store called kosney (just opposite the entrance of ewha, and marked by a huge pink high-heel structure). It features all the cute stationery, stickers as well as unique lifestyle products, and i can spend forever in here (btw, there's also a outlet in m plaza at myeongdong), looking at notebooks and pens!!!
