cheongyecheon cuts across central seoul, and is accessible via many stops like city hall, dongdaemun, jonggak etc. in spring, people like to walk along the stream, where tons of outdoor amateur concerts are held along the steps. at night, the stream lights up and there are even real horse carriages, which tourists can pay to sit for a tour of the area.

the view here is beautiful, and i've taken many walks along it, from various parts. my fave is the stretch just outside dongdaemun's second-hand books market, and you walk along it, towards the direction of the downtown jonggak. It's refreshing and mind-clearing, so i'd highly recommend!
